As previously reported by Gossip Girls, Madonna had an accident in Long Island, NY, over the weekend after falling off her horse.
After suffering “minor injuries and bruises,” Madonna was released from the hospital the same day – and now she’s already back in workout mode.
With a speedy recovery, Tracy Anderson, the singer’s trainer, confirmed that Madonna will be heading back to the gym this week. Tomorrow, actually.
“We have out set training. She’s like a professional athlete. She can’t mess around with her training. I mean, she has to be able to perform in front of 70,000 people who are sucking the life out of her, and she’s singing and dancing. There are no shortcuts when you’re training in that way,” Anderson tells.
So how long does Madonna work out? Her trainer tells that she “trains six days a week, two hours a day, absolutely.”
Heading out of London following a week long stay, Madonna was spotted making her way through Heathrow Airport on Sunday (April 12).
Accompanied by her daughter Lourdes, the pair strolled through the departures terminal hand-in-hand after passing through the security checkpoint.
Meanwhile, Madge broke her silence following ehr denied adoption attempt of 3-year-old orphan Mercy James in Malawi.
Responding to questions from Malawian newspaper Nation, the Material Girl tells: "I want to provide Mercy with a home, a loving family environment and the best education and healthcare possible. And it's my hope that she, like David, will one day return to Malawi and help the people of their country."
The 50-year-old Queen of Pop adds: "Though I have been advised that I cannot publicly discuss the pending appeal regarding my desire to adopt Mercy, I do want to say how much I appreciate the level of support that I have received from the people of Malawi and my friends around the world."
Stepping out for an afternoon errand, Madonna was spotted offering up a smile as she left her London home with a security staffer on Wednesday (April 8).
Hopping into a blacked-out Audi left, the Material Girl was whisked away to an office building around Knightsbridge, where she stayed for two hours before heading back home.
It's thought that Madge was visiting a lawyer to check in on her adoption appeal for baby Chifundo (Mercy) James - whom she was denied by the courts during a triup to Malawi last weekend.
"I can't believe I'm leaving my beautiful baby behind," Madge reportedly said at the time. "It's not right. I love that baby girl ... she needs to be with me."
Looking a bit distraught, Madonna was spotted arriving back home in London at Heathrow Airport on Sunday (April 5).
With daughter Lourdes making her way off the plane while Madge's ex-husband, Guy Ritchie, toted young David Banda from the just-arrived aircraft.
The UK arrival follows a failed attempt to adopt a second child from the country of Malawi - as Madonna's bid to bring home 3-year-old orphan Mercy James was not approved by the courts.
Telling his sentiments towrds the matter, Ritchie recently told press: "I fully supported Madonna in her decision to apply for this adoption, and I am saddened that her application has been rejected. She is motivated only by being a caring parent who seeks to share some of the advantages and opportunities that her life has given her.”
Since the adoption denial, the Material Girl's team of lawyers have since filed an appeal.

With her family plans taking a major setback, Madonna departed Malawi earlier today (April 5) following a stay in which she was denied in her bid to adopt a 3-year-old orphan named Mercy James.
Of the situation, a staffer told press, “Madonna spent some time with Mercy; she looked sad but Lourdes, who had clicked with the little girl, looked devastated.”
