Pitching in for charity, Jennifer Lopez lent a hand to the March of Dimes foundation's walkathon this morning (April 25) in Key Biscayne, Florida.
The charity, which benefits prematurely born babies, held its March for Babies walk after the "El Cantante" cutie helped kick off the event by cutting the ribbon.
According to sources on-hand, Lopez took a moment to talk about her baby twins while performing her duties, although Max and Emme weren't in attendance.
Meanwhile, J. Lo is also getting ready to work on CBS Films' romantic comedy "The Back-Up Plan," which just named actor Alex O'Loughlin as starring opposite Miss Lopez.

She’s been spotted all over New York City today (April 22) and Jennifer Lopez looks to be on her third outfit already!
The “Love Don’t Cost a Thing” momma stepped out in Midtown for a business meeting, sporting a sexy red dress with matching heels and a leopard print handbag.
It’s no secret that J. Lo has a rockin body, and recently Girls Aloud singer Cheryl Cole revealed that she’d gladly trade in her voluptuous top-half for Lopez’s rear end.
“I hate looking thin. I don’t want to be up and down like a lollipop lady. It’s not a good look. I’d love to have more junk in my trunk. Ideally a body like Jennifer Lopez but I would dress differently to her.”

She’s one of the most successful women in show business and it sounds like Jennifer Lopez is looking to expand her real estate portfolio once again.
According to a recent report, the “Love Don’t Cost a Thing” songstress is thinking about snatching up some more primo property down in Miami, Florida.
J Lo. already owns two other homes in the sunny southern city (Long Island and Star Island) but she is said to be looking to make it a hat trick with a suite at the Icon Brickell, developed by Jorge Perez.
Following a personal tour by Perez, Lopez was ready to buy. An insider revealed, "Jennifer saw Jorge's condo and loved it so much that she's considering combining a couple of units to make one big apartment as a weekend getaway."

Out for an evening show, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony were spotted checking out “The Lion King” musical in New York City’s Times Square on Saturday (April 4).
Making for a family affair, Marc’s two sons from his previous marriage were also in attendance - with the couple’s security adamantly trying to keep them from being photographed.
According to a paparazzo on the scene, “He (Marc) shoved one of the photographers who was taking pictures and yelled at him ‘Do not shoot my kids!’”
From that point, J. Lo stopped to pose for pictures while Marc’s hired helpers held him back before escorting the famous family to an awaiting car.
