Madonna: Back in Workout Mode

As previously reported by Gossip Girls, Madonna had an accident in Long Island, NY, over the weekend after falling off her horse.

After suffering “minor injuries and bruises,” Madonna was released from the hospital the same day – and now she’s already back in workout mode.

With a speedy recovery, Tracy Anderson, the singer’s trainer, confirmed that Madonna will be heading back to the gym this week. Tomorrow, actually.

“We have out set training. She’s like a professional athlete. She can’t mess around with her training. I mean, she has to be able to perform in front of 70,000 people who are sucking the life out of her, and she’s singing and dancing. There are no shortcuts when you’re training in that way,” Anderson tells.

So how long does Madonna work out? Her trainer tells that she “trains six days a week, two hours a day, absolutely.”
